He intentado sin éxito instalar el plugin y cada vez que lo subo me dice que es imposible extraer los ficheros.

Hello,
There might be several reasons of the issue:
1) The archive was not fully downloaded or it is corrupted.
2) Your server does not have ZIP archiver installed.
Anyway you can install it manually. To do it:
1) Download the plugin again to ow_plugins directory
2) Unpack the archive
3) Go to Admin Panel -> Plugins -> Available Plugins
4) Find Group Cover and press Install button
If you want I can install the plugin for you. I need FTP and Admin access to do it.

He podido instalar el plugin pero al hacerlo me ha salido publicidad no deseada en mi web, me podrías decir el mótivo??

Buenas, al final pude eliminar el problema pasando un antitroyano y antimalware, gracias
