Hi,
It seems that the emails that the cron job sends are getting blocked by google/hotmail/yahoo etc spam filters and getting sent to the users spam/junk folders.
It could be that a simple rewording of the default emails would prevent this happening. Which file(s) contain this text or where can I edit it etc.

Tammy is correct, go the Admin Panel, Languages section and do the search by the keywords from those e-mails.
