Even in the translation interface (on Skadate at least) it's impossible to find the text to be translated...

I'm sorry I don't understand you. Please elaborate what is your issue or request?
The language pack comes along with the plugin it is called langs.zip
The translation can be done via Admin Panel/Languages seciton
