this would be great if people could have an option to have the top users placed on the dashboards as well

A quick update has just been released:
- Oxwall 1.3 support added (parse error fixed)
- Dashboard widget added (if you need it to be enabled,after updating plugin you need to activate and deactivate plugin)
- Top users sort criteria now depends on average score and total number of rates
