The issue caused while updating groups plugin.

Do you have access to the admin panel?

I believe you have updated the groups plugin manually, uploaded the files and have not updated the database.

Do you have any notification in the admin panel right now?

even .. after click mysite.com/admin results come like the attached image ..

I will need access to the Cpanel and admin panel of the website in PM to fix this.

The issue is fixed by updating plugin database.
