How can I show a message some similar to Facebook that whenever user has limited their profile permissions (only friends can view my news-feed, friends, video) I mean any of that I would like to show a message saying "Become my friend to see my complete profile"

You can use the Privacy plugin: http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/68. This plugin allows users to hide their profiles from users who are not in their friends list.
