i have changed the default settings through the DB from the below table and it worked perfect
ow_privacy_action_data
my question is if there's an update for this plugin would this changes gone with the wind or it will remain ?

sorry it didn't work, when i checked it on another user it wasn't changed,
data stored in this table are only for user interacted with privacy plugin
