None of the other four products I bought from them functioning properly

This plugin is no exception.

It has almost been a year since I pointed out all the shortcomings and errors found on their products, but little is done. The support is not something to brag about. 

There is also very little development of products so I see it. Their products do not follow Oxwall development, they are not compatible with Oxwall 1.7.2
