I just bought this plugin and it works perfect when typing 2 characters in site search.
When the search string has three or more characters the search hangs.
Could you please help on this?

Unfortunately I cannot say what might be the issue in your case. A screen shot is not enough information to investigate the issue. Could you send me access to your site admin panel, so I can check this on your site?

Unfortunately the plugin stop working after a couple of days and show the same behaviour I explained on the first post at this thread. More than two characters on site search and the search hangs.
I have send the access details to OCS but I'm unsure if Egor receive this mail.
Could you please help again?
