Getting this error if someone hits join without filling all the fields in.

Seems the joinFormSubmit functions not got this var $gpm = OW::getPluginManager();

hi my friend.. why did you cancel the disput e refunded the order? you can not fix? i need to know to leave my review for the plugin!The PayPal account does not belong to me, I use a third party account.
