Plug-in licenses no longer work after server migration | Forum

I recently migrated my site to a new server with my host to get on to the latest version of MySQL. Several of my 3rd party plug-ins that require license numbers to be entered during updates, won't accept my licenses. When I questioned the 3rd party developers, their response was that they are not responsible for how the store works. Not understanding their responses, I spoke to another Oxwall user and plug-in developer and he told me it's because my IP address changed.

How can I up date this with the store?

Especially when I complete this final round of updates, I plan to migrate to an entirely different hosting company.

I've searched the forums and haven't anything relating to this.

on here go to store - my purchases - here obviously you will see all your plug in purchases, alongside each plug in which requires licence key you will see a ip address next to it is a reset button  - reset the ip for each plug in and you can then update/reinstall your plug ins
