they did one of these big restarts for my server and i never had another problem again but who knows your best bet is to talk with arvixe and express your concerns. if problem persist tell them you are unhappy and want to b moved to another server or you want a full refund for the down time..

it looks like it was a DDOS attack and thats a bit out of there control part and parcel of running an online business your subject to script kiddies and hackers who love to ruin your day cause their lives are boring.

It is their cheap server emu got DDOS attack. I don't know what is your server. Maybe you are on better server or VPS. The status is not really in real-time. It is happened randomly. You can see they are still In Progress: This alert is still ongoing.

No I don't need. Because it was whole server down. not only 1 account. By the way, now Arvixe server is back to online now. Everything is working.

emus load average at the time of posting was low, i always check the server i am on.

What does these nember mean load average: 4.68, 5.30, 5.85 ?

That means they have only 3 cores on this server ?

it is the server load average in the last minute, five minutes and 15 minutes the higher that number the higher the load,
