Hi. I have a big problems. Problem 1 : when join new user at my site don't see chaptcha picture. chaptcha picture is break.
Problem 2: when i want make change role permissions don't change save settings ( but write your changes is saved) i can't change any plugins
I set all permissions right but not save all changes. Some plugins permissions change to be save some plugins permissions not save. I am tired this help me please.
I try Debug mod and dont see any problems

Do you mean the role actions cannot be saved?
Do you use some cloud plugin? Do you have some caching system on your server? If so, disable it and try again.
What is your software version? Does this happen in all browsers?

The error is behind the image, you need to enable all kinds of error reporting on your server to see those errors:
