like Mulder said, it will be a cron issue. Cron jobs are scripts run on your host periodically and they sort out things like data exporter, online/offline users etc. Best to read up and get it working on your site.

My Cron jobs is set to 15 seconds, I have no problems sending mass mail but my data exporter don't work.

Are you sure that php -q -c /myusername/public_html/php.ini is a correct path to the PHP on your server? Can you run which php command via SSH? That would show you the correct PHP path.
