I will copy my db on one site to another site. All values in profile questions is exactly same, plugins,on same VPS server so all settings there is same also, well I would say everything is some except the url and theme/design.
Is there anything I should be extra careful with? I will not do it but have a friend that will but concerned that there is some special Oxwall things that have to be extra careful with?

The version of the software should be the same on both websites. Otherwise you will need to run the queries from the update.php file to match the database with the software version, as some tables might be missing.
Also you should change the values in config.php file for database name, username and password.
