Using HTLM language not working, even not ticking Do not send HTML Format Emails

This plugin is not related to sending emails itself. The HTML email and sending email is handled by the oxwall cron.

Do you mean emails are not in HTML format?

Please explain with some screenshots so that I can understand better. Also please confirm if you have selected HTML format.
