Contact your hosting and ask them how to increase file size limit..... or reformat the image to a smaller file size

Actually you really should not need to contact your hosting provider to increase your upload max file size if you have cpanel access. All you need to do is log into your cpanel and edit your php.ini file and file the upload max and post max lines and chose those values to the MB you desire. Although I would be careful not to go too high on the size.
