To complete above mail my needs is exactly this :

- hosting directory is the same, not change
- i need only to change the domain because old domain in a few days will no longer be available
- the new domain is manage by the same provider where folder is installed

Just change your HOME URI line in the ow_includes/config.php file for it to work. 

Also you will need to change the site name, for the proper display, in the admin main settings configurations.

Ross, one question : in the admin main setting i see only smtp configuration ==> what's exactly feature you're referring to?

lattinaD, I suppose, Ross means the Site Name field in Admin Area>Settings>Main Settings>Basic tap. You need to change it for the proper display the site name which used for {$site_name} variable.
