I have also tried using google chrome  to see if its my browser  IE     but still same problem

Yes, as I said the fix or update of the plugin will be provided asap. 

The problem is if you mess around with the code using this temp fix ,when oxwall bring out update or fix ,it may mess your mail box up even more, due to the code being mest with  ,so I would be careful if you add that temp fix .It wont be very long before oxwall sort this out .It was fine before oxwall integrated the chat with mail box,it was much better the old way
