I want to create my own custom form. I created a page for it and add the </form> ... </form> code in the html section and point the action to the php file on the root folder, but it gave a Page Not Found 404 error. Is there a correct way for adding your own form?

Anyone know how to create a custom form other than the default contact form OW has? I tried by creating a custom page and added the php form in it but it didn't work. The php form works on my other .html sites, however.
