is there anyway we can rename everything that says Questions So it says Polls cause this is a polls plugin now a QandA plugin... its very confusing for people...

Which line do you change to get URL to show polls?
And does anybody know how to change the "Groups" plugin to show a something else in the URL?

In the fileow_plugins/questions/plugin.php, there is a method called fullInit. Several first lines of the method are related to the plugin routing, you can change the url by modifying these lines. But, read the manual of how routes are defined before:
