Please, check your site time settings.
You should go to Admin Area>Settings>Main Settings>Basic tab and check the settings of TimeZone configuration.
If this field has the same TimeZone value which sets on your server, check settings of variable date.timezone in your php.ini file.
You can look up how to configure this file on google (how to enabled/disable modules in php.ini).
Also you can check the mySQL timeZone settings.
