I turned off the "PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS" for free members new events, but can still add event a kosteloes members.
Because apparently to be an error!

What is the user role of the user which sees this button? As I can see from the screenshot you have two user roles, seems like this user is of a second user role you have on your website.

We have a free and a gold account
The button can be seen at both account and should be seen only in Gold account.

The issue is related to the paid membership plugin. I disabled it and everything works properly. Contact plugin developer to resolve the issue.
