login as admin the go ur index page click edit page then remove add move what ever u want in the sidebar

do you mean by index page: ADMIN >Page & MENUS> Page?
I have to say, either flashing or do not find it!

I found the error why I could not open the index.
You have to activate in the /etc/mine.types following entries:
application / x-httpd-php php phtml pht
application / x-httpd-php-source phps
application / x-httpd-php3 php3
application / x-httpd-php3-preprocessed php3p
application / x-httpd-php4 php4
application / x-httpd-php5 php5
# Before removing the apache2 restart and then it goes!
