I am very interested in this plugin, however I have some questions.
What I would like to utilize this for is for VIP/Paid members only to have access to the Adsense Pro plugin I currently have.
Would this work for this case?

The Paid Membership plugin works with the core User Roles feature. So, if you want to know whether the Adsense Pro plugin works with the User Roles feature - you will need to contact the Adsense Pro plugin developer. If they add such service - this service will automatically be available to the Paid Membership plugin.
