Kim, if you want to transfer only base user information, like username, e-mail, age, without any content, you can use this plugin: http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/718 .
Otherwise you'll need to write a migration script because there are a different sets of plugins, profile questions, settings etc. on the SkaDate site and on the Oxwall site. So, copying and transferring the data base from one site to another can lead to the errors because of that differences. You can spend a lot of time doing bug fixes and trying to find out what went wrong during the import.
