Hi

after I updated to latest version,members can't receive email

Now,I have 2 questions

1-Is it possible that the problem be from server?

2-If no,what I have to do?:(

check smtp details are correct.  make sure the test works.
Check you updated the plugins.
Check your cron.
Check your user dashboard and make sure you have email notifications set to the desired period, daily, weekly, immediately.

Also, yes it may be a temp server fault.  possible.

I checked all of them,but it's not working:(

I don't think the problem be cronjobs,because when I close page(without logout) it automatically sign me out after a few minutes.

plz show me a solution to fix it.

have you tried operating the site without smtp settings enabled?  This will make the site use phpmail.

consider getting another smtp account (gmail) as a temp test to see if it is the mail account?

Try that.  Yes it sounds like cron seems to be functioning.

I checked everything

I tried without smtp enabled

I called to my host provider and he said phpmail is okay,

and I don't know where is the problem yet.

help plz

Hi again

I almost fix it....  emails are sending to gmail

but they don't send to yahoo!!

and most of my members sign up from yahoo...

so what's your idea about this problem?

could be your host is blocked by yahoo.  Consider getting yahoo smtp. (may have to pay for it, don't really know yahhoo...)
