Is it because something is missing in my server setup and as the result the settings are disabled? If so, what is it, exactly?

I've noticed I don't have the same options on my admin panel as shown on your screenshot. There is no advanced photo upload, no pagination. Attaching 2 screenshots: what should be there and what I see on my site.

Marisa, everything is correct with your settings. It's the old screenshot of the older plugin version settings page.

So, there is no advanced upload and pagination anymore? I don't really care about advanced uploads, but it would be nice to paginate photo pages. Is it impossible now?
