Not sure if this is possible but is there a way to have no comments showing on the wall.

In general i use the newsfeed on users profiles but you cannot comment on someones profile without using the wall. I want to know if i can have the wall above the newsfeed but not display the comments on the wall as they will be displayed on the newsfeed anyway and also member can then comment on your comments.
