i am using this plugin on my website. But it want to change some things. But it looks that there is no support from the devolper and even there own website is down. 

the main question is: When someone makes a ticktet the admin gets a notification but only the 1st admin. I want to change that so that  every admin gets a notification. 

Who whants to help me with that?
