I can not add answer to my question - I can add question 4 answers but final answer it not possible to add this window is frozen - kind of bug ?

Yes I see. You do not have to write into the answer box. You have to select (mark) an option for an answer. As in the image below. Your problem is because your admin theme does not have two images in its images folder making the background of the check boxes grey in colour instead of having a background image.



Correction

 Copy these images, checkbox_cell_marked.png and checkbox_cell_marked_lock.png from your origin theme to your oxwall/ow_static/current_admin_theme/images/

and clear cache. Load your page and click on the add new question button..

If you have difficulties doing this, download this zip file, extract and follow the steps in help.txt file
