Jose, all plugins and themes are properly and duly tested before appearing in the store.
I believe you're referring to the RSS widget in the groups plugin, if so, then it is a native Oxwall feature. If you're talking about some other 3rd party plugin, you will need to contact plugin developer directly to resolve your issue.
If you use our RSS widget and you still have problems with it, please specify what the exact issue is and provide rss feed you used.
