As I was updating the plug ins on my site, all of the sudden my entire window crashes, and I get this (also attached is a screenshot):

Fatal error: Class 'WyswygRequiredValidator' not found in /home/missjo87/public_html/ow_plugins/mailbox/classes/new_message_form.php on line 86

We're a dating site, with quite a lot of members, I need to get this sorted as soon as possible. My question is, I need to get this sorted, but where and how do I do this?! I need a step by step answer please. And does this mean I have lost my entire website, and the members?

@Ross, I would love to do what is instructed, but I cannot even get into the Admin mode to do all of that. No matter if I type in manylovers.com/admin or whatever I have to type to get to that screen, it only gives me that screen.

Thank you, I contacted my host, as well when I posted this, and they have sorted the problem for me. I am doing a back-up of the site now.

@Ross, the platform is updated, the person from our host took care of the fatal error for me and removed it, it is all running smoothly now, and it is working. Even the message notifications are gone (the ones that made it seem as if there were messages but there weren't). Thank you for your help anyway! and I will follow those instructions that have been given :)
