My classified plugin gives an error message saying that the files cannot be extracted. What should I do?

Please download from store again. Sometime the files in store get corrupted.

Hi. I did as you suggested but now it says plugin available for instalation but it is nowhere to be found.

It should be where you downloaded the plugin. Once uploaded to ow_plugins folder, you can unzip the file and activate from admin page.
