Hello.

Is there a plug-in that allows random chat between the users?

This one does not appear to work well...

you might try a shoutbox there are a few of those in the store.

Shoutbox does not appear to be the solution. I need something like omegle.com inside oxwall.

try googleing random chat embed or chatroulette embed....
