E.D. if I understand you correctly you mean Mail Notifications. Users will receive those notifications which they selected to receive under "My Preferences">>Email notifications of their accounts.

It is when I click someone as a friend one who will receive an email that I want him as a friend.
The which I would like you as a friend, when I click the profile you as a friend you get an email notification
Gets then an e-mail and at what intervals are the Ships

E.D., we have a plugin called "Friends" ( http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/14 ) . When this plugin is activated, users can manage mail notifications settings for the friends request.
Install Friends plugin and go to "My Preferences"> Mail Notifications> select "Immediately" ( otherwise you will have to wait 2 days for the email) and also configure the notification settings for the friends request.
And also could you please specify you get any other email notifications from your site.
