Joe, have you removed the software? We get 404 not found error when going to your website. 

Hi Ross, I tried to remove and install manually. Could not do it. 

I re-installed. Should be up. When I first click the link from the install page it says error 500.

I clear my browser history and the site loads. not sure if that helps

You have to be 100% sure. 

Do you have default .htaccess file in the root of the software? Make sure the file is not empty

If you liog on and create a profile it gives the  Base+Join_join_Error 

so as of right now no one can join my site.

I am using Arvirex web hosting not sure if that could help/ downloaded through softaculous 

Why can't you install the software manually? Due to 500 error?

If so, was it e500.php error in the URL or it was Internal Server Error?

i believe it was the e500php error

 i would have to uninstall install to get the error

Joe, ok, let's do this, you first make sure your server meets our requirements. But you need to be 100% sure. 

If it does, then we'll have to do the manual installation again. as it seems like the softaculous has some flaw while installing the software. 

Please PM me the admin details you want to have and Cpanel access details from the server and I'll try to install the software manually and check the issue with the e500.php error. 

I asked Arvixe to uninstall and wipe to fresh account. I will try that and do install if they can. Then Contact you again if it dosnt help

Joe, you said you have resolved the issue by changing php version from 5.2 to 5.3

However you said you have issue with joining via Google Chrome. 

We just tested on your website via Chrome everything works ok, see attachment

Yes switching from php 5.2 to php 5.3 is now allowing users to log on and i am not getting Base+Join_Join_Error or a 500 internal server error. 

Would not let me log in to the admin page for my site on Chrome. But it worked for firefox.

I appreciate the help Ross the site is amazing and able to customize the background.
