Doesn't block badwords in URLs - Badwords | Forum

One of the best thing about a bad word blocker is you can block the domain name if someone is repeatedly spamming a link. I paid $15 for this plug in to do just that only to find it doesn't work.

It will block the word if it's just plain text but if a URL is posted the word won't be blocked inside the url and the newsfeed will parse the url and post up a working link in the news feed.

Can this be fixed please?

Example: if my bad word is "google" and I want to replace it with "mysite"
then the follow should be true.

example 1.
"google"  -> becomes -> "mysite"

example 2.
"http://www.google.com" -> should become -> "http://www.mysite.com"

The second example above currently doesn't work. Please help!
Thank you
