Zohaib, please make sure you did everything correct and made your App live for everyone: http://docs.oxwall.org/plugin-tuts:facebook-connect .
Please check, whether all parameters on the Facebook App form are filled in correctly. See the screenshot.
Be careful to paste App ID or App Secret keys and check whether there is no space in values. Make sure that your server meets our requirements http://www.oxwall.org/hosting and the cURLS is enabled. Make sure you have the latest version of the software and FB Connect plugin. You can find the current plugin version in /ow_plugins/pluginname/plugin.xml file.

Zohaib, I also recommend making sure that you are using latest version of Oxwall software ( 1.7.3) and latest version of FB connect.
Re installation of FB connect plugin might also help. Uninstall the plugin >> go to "Available plugins" section >> delete the plugin. Download new plugin from Oxwall Store >> install it >> configure >> try using FB connect again.
