I need help on uninstall a unwanted plugin cause it want seem to let me do at the plugins. So is they away to uninstall my newsfeed plugin from my host it self, so i can upload a new newsfeed plugin that don't cores my site to error!

i just need to no how to manual uninstall in from my host in plugins to make it unactivated so i can remove it and replace the newsfeed plugin that want cores errors on my site?

it want seam to let me, when i do that it says error uninstall so how can i do it from my cpanel?
