What is the name of plugin?
Did you contact the plugin developer?
One of the reason may be is that license has been withdrawn by developer by mistake. In this case just ask a developer to grant it for you again.

I bought the plugin recipes on 22.04.2015.http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/974 it didn't work!I wrote to the seller that he would do a plugin or give me a refund, not what he did, the money is not returned and blocked my messages!And now has released an update of the plugin and sell it again!
