Site not loading for mobiles[Solved] | Forum

Hi ,

I have had complaints from users, that they just get a blank page , or a cant connect error " sometimes ".
I thought this to be a mobile coverage issue, until this week when it happened to me.

I have spoken to my host and they cant seem to find a issue, and to be fair all 5 of my other sites work.
I have not got a clue what it could be, and it seems really hard to track as its intermittent.
Can anyone shed any light on this ?

I'm sorry but we need the exact steps how to reproduce the issue and more details on the matter.

What OS do you and users use?
What browsers? Version of browsers?

What is your software version?
What is the exact error when you can't connect?
Have you checked your error logs related to this time? Do you have any errors?

Have you enabled debug mode on your server to catch the error?

We are running the 1.7.3

Its only happend with ios and android,

Safari & Google are the browsers that i know have the issues.

as i said above you ether get a blank white screen or it loads as if no name servers have been set for the domain.

As for the server side stuff. I havent a clue, ive asked the question and been told to contact oxwall & iflychat, as its been surgested that the issue started after the plugin install

try to disable the iflychat and check if the issue persists

I have disabled it and spoken to iFlyChat support.
Users get the same issue weather the plugin is active or not.

I asked them to screen shot what happens on the page and this is what i got.

Please share your URL,

But first , you need to disable all 3rd party javascript code and plugins you had installed on your website, switch to the default theme like Origin or Showcase

The URL is http://www.ravespace.co.uk ;

I cant do that at the drop of a hat, because we are live radio station, i can schedule 2 days of down time 1st and 2nd of June.

Also please remember this an intermittent issue, some times it works, but then some times you get nothing.

Lockey, you will need to disable all 3rd party plugin on your website as I see now you radio, video and crowdfunding 3rd party plugins installed.

Also did you disable mobile version via the admin panel? Because the website act like you did that here: www.yoursite.com/admin/mobile/settings . Can you please check that.

I have come to the conclusion that it was to do with iFlychat plugin, as ive had no complaints since its the uninstall.

I found the glitch really hard to reproduce, as it seems it was only mobile networks , and wifi worked fine.
