im trying to install this widget from the admin panel and its saying somthing about ftp info.. i put in my info and says that i dont have permission send me a email to tnl2111@aol.com

This error means that you provided wrong FTP details and Oxwall can't write files into it's own directory. Use the same FTP details as you uploaded oxwall to hosting.
Another way to install plugin: unpack plugin's archive and upload it to ow_plugins/ folder.
