I need to track with Google Analitycs the conversion of users registration.

I track with "URL goal" of page "/join" but the info is not accurate because in the join page there is no assurance that user join at the end of form.

Is there a best practice to do this?

I suppose you could track the confirmation page if you use email confirmation.

Marco, have you seen this topic: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/29237 .

Dave, the confirmation page could be solution but users may visit this page a several times. In this case the better way is to create a plugin using the inner event - ON_USER_REGISTER.

Marco, if you are not familiar with the code modification or plugin development, it would be better for you to find a developer who can help you. You can do it here: http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists .
