Enable debug mode. 

Go to ow_cron folder , I believe there should be some error log if you have this error, copy the error related to the time you went here: https://hardstyleunited.com/ow_cron/run.php

If there's no error log, check ow_log folder and do the same.

disable this plugin: spseo and try again

Ross i disable spseo plugin as you said and the problem gone

The new update have the same problem so i keep it inactive for now

Ok, thanks for letting us know. Contact plugin developer to resolve the issue with the cron.
