Lately there are problems loading comments, you have to refresh the page because otherwise you'll see from the error message

there is no error message but i not look in firebug yet
the problem is when you comment something the comment gets posted but the new comment textra does not load you just get the spinning wheel thing so if you want add another comment you need refresh the page

Please try to reproduce the same on our demo and provide the steps how to reproduce that. Because we cannot do that, everything works ok on our side.

Disable all 3rd party plugins and switch to the default theme and check if the issue persists. Keep us updated.

I understand Tammy! accurate with the new comment works is when you enter the answer to the comment you need to refresh the page

I did check! Now it works, charging the answers.

Is the issue resolved by disabling plugins?

I turned off the third-party plugins (Advanced Comments) I thought it would cause problems and it worked. Then reactivated and worked equally Comments Response loaded without problems. I did unl'altra try again now and charge. Maybe it was a temporary problem that gave the software
