Hi, new here and first post, I tried the search on the forum but hundreds of post came up when I typed in edit, So if this question has been asked before then sorry about this..

Can somebody tell me what file I should be looking in to edit certain pages, like on the sign up, one of the questions is, here looking for man or woman ?

My website is not a dating site and was wondering how I can edit this.
