hi guys i have the free forum plugin installed but i want to install it again to have a second forum with a diffrent name like rugby club

Mathew, if I judged the modification complicity on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it 5.
Modification is not that complex but requires a lot of work. You will need to rename all methods, classes, functions, folder names.
I recommend finding a developer (http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists) to complete this work for you since even minor mistake in re-naming process will surely break the whole plugin.

i cant really afford a developer at the moment so by changing name do you mean anything with the word forum change to rugby_club your help is really appreciated
