When did this start? did you notice it started after you installed a new plugin? maybe try turning off or removing some plug ins.

MR, please check whether you included any additional jquery library in the header section. You may check it via the Admin Area> Settings> Main settings> Page settings section. We strongly recommend not to use additional jquery libraries because oxwall already has one in the core files.
