I've had a user upload an image using and iframe code and now they have problems customising their page, none of the buttons or links work, how do I get rid of this?

does thier customise button still work if so then try disable javascript button that will move all widgets to the avaiable widgetsection then you will be able. to delete the. widget with iframe code

http://www.mysite.com/username/customize

then your member will be able to hopefully remove the widget or disabling javascript then remove it

yes thats worked and frozen all of the widgets, but not letting me reset and/or delete anything

yes it puts all the widgets in the available widgets, you should be able to remove it from there, i had the same thing with a vimeo video i removed the link to my vimeo profile and it messed up my page completely so had to disable javascript to remove the widget

find the widget and try to delete it

you may have to do it in your server, i have been trying to find a post that tells you how to do it i have seen one here
